The hotel had a decent location and was within walking distance to some attractions. It was easy to find and navigate around the area. One of the most useful perks was the included breakfast. It was a nice way to start the day before exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The room was extremely small and uncomfortable, especially for the price. The walls were thin so noise was an issue.

It is so close to a bus stop. Staff friendly. I recommend you to eat at Royal Standard, that is set 300 feet away. I enjoyed my stay in camelot house.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. The attention to detail was also impressive, with clean and tidy rooms that had a charming 1980's style. The location was perfect, situated on a street that had a wide selection of hotels to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist whenever needed. Basic amenities were provided, including a private bathroom in each room, and an added bonus was the complimentary breakfast included in the stay. I was very satisfied with my experience.
All was well, nothing to complain about.

Great budget option for xmas stay. Close to major attractions and public transportation. Room was clean and comfortable. the hotel offered 24-hour front desk assistance and free Wi-Fi which was really convenient.
The hotel was not very well soundproofed so there was some noise from the street that interrupted our sleep at times. the breakfast options were quite limited but the quality of the food was still decent.

The location of the hotel was quite convenient, being close to Edgeware Road tube station and within walking distance to attractions like Hyde Park. there were a variety of hotels in the area, ranging from Intercontinental to Travel Lodge, giving guests options for accommodation.
The overall customer service and attitude of the hotel management left much to be desired, as mentioned by other guests.
